Nice job. Good use of shading, my only recommendation is to make the water a little less black. Having the sun shining that bright makes it look like it's right near the surface, but having the black only a little bit underneath it looks like it's very deep down, which is somewhat strange. Other than that, fantastic job!

The way you made the tail float upwards towards the surface really made it look like it was swimming.
