Allowed to use the song?
The guy who made the song also made the flash for the song. So if youre asking if he asked permission to make the flash for his own song, then no, he didnt have to. It might help to read the author commentary once in a while before you write a review and in turn look like an idiot.

I don't know if you were like alllowed to use the song because you were making a video for them and were advertising for them or whatever..... but that really didn't help their cd sales i would say..... you should've just like i don't know..... made a good flash?? Put in some time??....
