It's all right, really. It's obviously just experimentation, but it's not bad as far as it goes. Its main sin is that it's far too short. Well, and that the animation is sloppy, but as I said, it's just experimentation...
Look for a submission called "Sloppy Fight 2"; it's probably the best frame-by-frame stick man animation on NG. Perhaps there are some ideas and techniques you could learn...

Not bad
The animation was fluid and good
but it is still just a stick animation and it was really short.
However, if you improve the graphics, make longer movies, and keep the good animation, you have could have some pretty good flashes
