well...

believe me or not,i kinda see this story.. i mean you can learn something from it.. thats how i see it from my point ^^ great movie, btw (:

CatFat responds:

i'm glad you do, interpretations can never really be wrong..or right, they just mean what they mean to you
thanks for the review!

lol great

its exactly what the real myth of Sisyphus say! :D but one thing: in the true story, he dont roll all the way to the base of the mountain. actually, he just walk, and that what he likes in his work xD

CatFat responds:

Thanks!
as you can probaby tell i left quite a bit of the story of the myth out from this movie too :P

err....

i have a question,y was he trying to get the rock up there in the first place ?

CatFat responds:

lool hey man..it was of it's time :P

slow

This was extremely slow and pointless. Slapstick humor without character, but the animation was relatively good and I definitely give you some originality credit. However just because you base something off of a Greek myth does not mean it has depth or character (though it is an interesting trivial fact.) There just really isn't anything interesting or humorous that happened. Pretty much the story is completely lacking in comparison to the animation.

CatFat responds:

well your point is valid and i agree to an extent, bearing in mind i made this 2 years ago and i have (i like to think) learned alot from the responses it got.
anyway thanks for reviewing, i think i see a compliment in there somewhere :P

Pretty Cool

Good stuff! You can definetely tell you've been inspired by Adam Phillips (who hasn't?), especially in the character design and in the scene where Sisyphus runs away from the rock (totally Yuyu). The final outcome is pretty good, except the sound: the grunts are somewhat awkward. Also you seem to have done part of the movie in "twos" so it looks a bit choppy sometimes (when he breathes). Otherwise, awesome!

CatFat responds:

nice insight, thanks :)
