Intreguing....
I can see the goodness behind it, but the slow moving of the arrow makes it really hard.
I would suggest making the arrow controllable by the keyboard. Then instead of waiting for it to come around, you could tell it where to go and then click to make it move.
But all in all, a decent game.
Making the rotation controllable would pretty much ruin the whole idea of the game, but there is powerups that increase the rotation speed ;)

The overall game was very fun and rotational movement was a unique way of traveling that made the game so much more challenging.
