I works just fine.
It's from English to Binary. Not decimal to binary. It still works but has a small error, for some reason its reading all letters as if they were lowercase. If you translate capital letters the first group of 4 # should read 0100 (A-O) or 0101 (P-Z). As lower cases would read 0110 (a-o) & 0111 (p-z).
