Reviews for "Star-Pop"

it was ok

I hate it when my hand slips on the mouse pads and the arrow accidentally touches the negative stars! Everything was good but do yourself a favor, please don't put 3 second repetitive music, it gets annoying

it was ok

but I was under the impression that the black stars weren't gray stars and you should start off at a spot on each level so that you won't hit a death star right away

Good

Actually, I LIKED the
"danger of your cursor appearing over a death star when the level switches" to quote an earlier review.
Keeps you aware of the time remaining... adds a risk element, e.g. an inch of time left, say, 3 blues in the middle left there... do I chance it? Run for them? Or wait out the next level on the sidelines?
It really is an important element to KEEP, in my opinion.

just one prob

decent game, but there was one major flaw. any cursor movement from one level transfered to the next one. my 'death' happened because a death star appeared where my cursor was resting atteh end of the previous round. Great concept however, verey neat! only a few other gripes (Sorry!). the music gets a bit repetitive and some levels are compleated almost instiantiously, while others can hardly be started, if you could somehow relate the amount of thime you are given to the number of stars on-screen, it would work much better. Once again, great idea. The insane pace works beautifuly

2nd high score. Oh, right, review...

The danger of your cursor appearing over a death star when the level switches shouldn't exist. The element of luck ends up dwarfing the player's skill as a result. Didn't happen to me, but it could've. That's enough incentive for me to tell you that you should fix that one aspect.

I did mention in authors comments you can use the timer area for a safety zone. Perhaps I shold of made it clearer. Thanks.
