I see both sides

I see your point on how yes the Teen titans one should not have won the $250 dollars for an awards. But you also have to look at it in the other way. Newground is a very sick place, but it is also a place were flash artist come togeter to show off there work. Hentai is a perverted art style. But it is still art, so if you look at it in a art veiw, it makes sense why it can be displayed on newgrounds. Should it be judge with all other type of movies? I don't think so, if anything that flash should have been judge in a whole different area than the others. I will admit that I use new grounds to look up hentai and stuff. But thats just normal human nature sure it sucks that little kids are being shown these types of scene when they should not, but thats life.

On the rape theme it is tasteless. I personally think anything with rape should be blamed but that just my mentallity. And once again we return that newgrounds is filled with alot of sickos. Its just the waty the internet goes. Also this flash it is kinda of like the Teen titans one, because it deals with rape. Sure it does it in a less detailed way as the Teen titan one but it still shows it. I think you could have done expressed your point in a different way, but the message is still clear. The flash should not have been allowed to win the $250. So yeah thats my two cents and a whole lot of bla blaing.

I gave you 10s to all categories not because of the quality of your work, but because of the message you are trying to send.

I come to Newgrounds to have fun, get a laugh, be entertained by parodies, and even play a few games. In other words, to have fun. Everyone has a different opinion of what is fun or not, but regardless of their ideals if something is legally or morally wrong then it should not be viewed by anyone ever. Specially in a place where kids can easily get to.

I saw the flash you mentioned a long time ago when it was posted under the category: Underdog (or something of the like.) Personally, I understand that people can appeal to this type of material, but I do not believe it belongs on Newgrounds. Newgrounds is a place for people to share their flash animations, music, and other types of work to the public. The only reason why the creator and monitors allow this type of work onto their website is because of ratings. The general public likes anything to do with sex, that is no mystery, and thus it brings in more viewers. It is simply and sadly something we just have to put up with.

But as for winning an award and for it to be glorified!? That is just outrageous. I am pleased you made this animation to educate the masses, but like most attempts at correcting the mistakes of humanity it will probably be in vain. So the only thing we can do is try to create things that don't follow under that category and try to move away from turning this website into a snuff site.

However your creation is exempted, because of what you are trying to do. If something this insulting happens again, i.e. someone winning an award for a snuff production, I would hope you would repeat yourself and try once again to make the public aware.

my own opinion

i myself was very surprised when i saw that hentai submission get the award (up untill i saw it i had thought it wasnt possible for any actual pornographic submission to win anything) and had watched it with the thought of it being one of the hilariously stupid "hentai" submissions from members of the varies NG crews.for the quality though, the guys actual skill i think is great and he has talent that should be applied to non-pornographic submissions. that said, due to the pornographic nature his submission as well as any others like it, should be void of getting any awards on this site. alot of kids come here. whats fulp thinking allowing that stuff recognition? :/ he may ask the voters not to vote on things like that but he himself can not allow them onto the awards boards. anyway as for YOUR submission

It was Okay...

It wasnt that funy it made me kinda laugh at it a little bit though. Work on your sound quaility nex time there was too much gurgling noise.
