Excellent Job
Please ignore all the silly kids that are having problems with gameplay.
I loved it. Took me back to playing Contra.
Nice Graphics. Grtitty and on the same level. Some BG stuff a little bit on the lazy side but for a flash it was really good.
Style was nice too. Gears of War meets Contra type dealy. A lot of small complaints but only for the sake of it.
IE if you're continually shooting right and then change to up there is no spread in between.
Sound was excellent a little bit monotonous would have liked to see more variety in gun shot effects etc.
Violence.... Well its a retarded category but you handle the aspect well. Bit of gore. Changable body states for enemies. All I could want at this level.
Interactivity. Controls were a bit fiddly to start with but anyone who's played a snes would have been right at home with it after a while. Chat sequences were good easily rushed through. Well designed interaces for teen gamers.
Humor, I dont know if it was intentional but the stereotyped lameness of the dialogue and characters made me laugh.
Overall - Great Job one of the best side scrolling shooters I've seen on NG eva! A few teaks more levels + weps and some extra time spent and this would easily deserve an Xbox or Wii release.
