Guy before me, your an idiot.
I coulda sworn Newgrounds had a tag line, that went like this.
Everything By everyone. = Anything can be submitted, whether complete trash, or something decent(this.) Now, to the review.
Graphics - Were pretty good, but there were some shading problems when the man using the phone faced right. Other than that, love the cartoony style. - 8
Style - As Iwas saying, love the cartoonish animation, the movements weren't well defined, but it still flowed. - 8
Sound - Perfect. Everything matched perfect, loved the music, on the 'old film', but when the guy got hit with the cup, the sound was late. - 9
Violence - YAY for like no violence. Cept for a thwack to the head. >_> - 1
Interactivy - Its and animation. lulz - 0
Humor - Pretty dam funny, loved the accent, and the 'Space Race'. Really comical.
Overall - Great job, for a non-violent flick. Keep that shit up man. - 9

I really liked it. There wasn't too much movement, but the lipsyncing was pretty good, and I think that not having a lot of movement is what gives this animation some style. It was also kinda funny, though I don't know what was going on. Keep it up!

That was great! The fireworks part was funny. I'll have to see your other cartoons in this series because this was really good.
