You shouldn't just blur every little thing in the background! Use some images (png is the best kind :D), it increases performance, and sometimes decreases file size... I can't finish it because with my quality on low, my fps was less then 10 :|
Pretty good but...
Like a lot of people are saying, you need to fix the performance issues. Also I found the sound levels a bit off with the voiceing. Compared to the music playing you can barely hear the voice from "blue."(is that his canon name?). If you can fix those problems then I would really enjoy watching the rest of the series, as your animation style is great and although I find the plot a little slow it still is interesting.
