Um, I really don't know what to say, but it isn't all that bad. What's that song at the end, though?
One point of advice.
You should really stream the audio. It will eliminate that lag and it will not screw up with audio matching.
I dont think its that hard to do, been awhile since I have though.
Nice animation though, I like the style a lot.
