Very well done.
This is one of the most original flashes that i have come upon. I looked at it first thinking that it would be just another world wide virus thing, but i was proved wrong. ^_^ You stated in your comments that you needed music. the only place that music would fit well is at the end when said virus walks out. True, the sound effects could have been better, but the storyline and the graphics balanced it out well. ^_^ Very good work!
Well Done - Like A Steak
That was really good. If there had been a massive fight scene between the cops and the virus, I would have given this a six. Unfortunately, your going to have to settle with a five. Sorry.
P.S. - I just realized that you really did just hit all the markers for 10s with that one. Awesome!

I really love the overall Style of the way you made the girl... I like that character :P the aura of the room made you really feel like the flash was almost real. good job ^_^

Needed background music to enhance the effect of it, but good animation non the less.
