Just Feel good listening to it...

Thats It... I just feel good listening to it... Keep the good work Waterflame... I must tell you... I'm not exactly a big fan of "electronic" songs at all... but yours have a distinct flavor... and your songs have always a place in my mp3 player... All the best for you!... and WELCOME BACK!

Waterflame responds:

Thanks! glad to hear :D !

Welcome back, good work.

I'm happy to see another of your songs on here, and even happier to hear an upbeat one. I prefer your upbeat pieces above all else. This one definitely has the Waterflame feel, and is well executed. I can't wait to hear what else is on the album! As for the similarities to your other works, I personally enjoy your continued use of string instruments, and your beat is as always very catchy. I don't mind if this sounds somewhat similar to your other works. They are all very good, and if this one borrows a few pieces, as long as it is a new song, I'll enjoy it all the same.
Overall, I give it an 8/10. It's above average, catchy and varied. The beat and instrumentation is good, and it has that upbeat Waterflame feel to it. And funny how it is being released around Christmas, since this has a sort of snowy and Christmas feel to it.

Waterflame responds:

Thanks man! yeah i also think it sound kinda xmasy :D

its not the best you can..

This one is not really original, I'm hearing the kind of melody and instruments much in you songs and its getting boring, but I like the part in the middle.

Waterflame responds:

thanks! yeah i realise tat im repeating myself.. i just cant get enugh of that style i guess X) but i see everyones point, ill try to move a bit away from it.

I agree with Corona688.

I'm not going to rate this differently solely on the basis of unoriginality; considered in a vacuum, this song is quite spiffy. I appreciate the sheer variety of sounds that were used, as well as the heavy and complex bassline, which contributed also to my appreciation of Race Around the Moon. However, it does still retain various themes and stylistic elements that have pervaded your work almost uniformly for the past few songs. (To be fair, this song did a better job of remaining distinct from previous ones, but not really enough.)

Waterflame responds:

thank you! =) yeah i see whay you mean, seems like its a general thing pepole are disspleased with these days. i guess i just cant get enugh of it myself. i always make music to mainly please my own ear. i make what i like, obviously, who dossnt.. i havent really been trying to be diffrent from myself. im just having fun! but i do see your point. thanks for the cirticicm. i have alot of unfinished other tracks, trance, dubstep, etc. so change will be here soon!

race around the world, again?

I still hear it in nearly everything you write. This one's a lot jazzier and avoids repeating it exactly but it's still trying to fight through. Which it does despite all the changes since it's the most consistent rhythm in it. Sorry man, but you've got to move farther away from your inspirational material.

Waterflame responds:

thanks, and i guess youre right. but its not that "its so much alike race around the world" its just that i love that style and lines in general. im fully aware that its not something brand new every time, but thats not the point, either. listen to dubstep, or punk pop for instance. its the same all over there too, even if the bands are diffrent! i just make what i like to listen to these days. at this point im not really trying to be the new big thing every time. it will change, ofcource. when i feel im done playing with it :]
