I know, but Bill and Chad were born out of education...
Bill was originally was designed in English class when we were drawing vocab words...Chad came soon after.
These two then became stars in my comic books for history...
That's why there's nothing "mature". There might be some in the future...

However, there might not be any new Flashes in the near future...the trial ran out and I have a lot of stuff going on at the time...maybe I'll submit something new at the end of April or into May...I dunno...
