Reviews for "Battlemachy Demo"

Not bad for demo.

There's something need to fix.
1. Scimitar and Javelin do similar job but Javelin is less powerful since Scimitar can pass through enemy. I don't feel any useful of javelin.
2. A player doesn't really need to move. Just keep stand still so it's easier to hit emeny in every shots unless a player wants to gain more score/money from the quick finish time.

recommendations

For those playing the game, I recommend using the daggers until you get use to how to aim.

For the creator I reocmmedn the following.

1. Upgrades for the weapons (and I mean the weapons, not the character). For example. Dagger to Knife or espadon. Dagger starts with 3 way, knife/espadon 4 or 5 way.

2. Fixing the current upgrades. They really didn't seem to do much of anything... period...

3. If the whole game is a ring like that, you might want you consider making a few levels where your playing it more like space invaders. You'd allegedly be going forward and enemies are comming downward. You could even reverse this and ave the character fire backwards where they're at the top and trying to escape instead of penetrate.

Despite the shortness..

And even though it's a demo...this is the best thing I've played on Newgrounds.

It's brilliant with the variety of weapons (Daggers are my favorites, cause you can eliminate those kites really quickly) and the powerups. The storyline, when it finally DOES come out, will be really...really good. I can tell. Keep up the great work!
