Not Bad
In fact, I'd say it's pretty good, and I don't even like the board game! The music was pretty good and it was playable. This is the first online version of risk I have ever found (though I'm sure there are plenty of others). I give your submission a 4/5.

Damn thing didn't work
When I try to hide the help menu by hitting enter, it doesn't hide, when I try entering a value, it doesn't work.
Thanks for reporting the bug about the help menu, everyone. Sorry about the bug but its fixed now.
Bugs
This is either just my computer or you have some problems. Such as the help window woulden't go away and the round box first didem't show up and than diden't work.
