To see it from the best point of view, you should actually look at what's going on in the Music video, The police look like a dictators militia, Hence the Tanks and Apcs...... The main Figure in this seems to be Half hero-Half Anarchist....... Hard to tell what he is..... I don't belive this is a commentary on Present day, the police these days are nothing like a Oppressive force.......
