two robots at once, made out of junk parts.
they're both attacking you at the same time, and part of the attack pattern they use is tearing a piece off of themselves to throw at you or switching parts with their partner in order to attack, or combining certain parts to form a new weapon. you need to dodge these attacks and continue to shoot them. i kind of see them as being red and blue robots, both massive, and they have different attack patterns, but i don't like the gimmick of mixing colors to match elements, they both have a long range and a short range sword attack and they shoot out different types of either missiles or beams, or if this is a top down perspective bullet hell shooter, hundreds of thousands of tiny balls of energy, or heatseeking missiles.

actually i would fight those robots by using the following technique:
always run around, never stand still or you will die, continue shooting at one of the robots concentrating your fire on him, while putting landmines to randomly damage either robot, after the first robot is dead though, he other robots speed inbcreases, so i would recommend you to stop using the land mines.
