I read the other reviews. This is what you wanted it to be, right? Honestly, I've seen better Flash movies. But I've given you a 10 for style. Why? Because you were brave. You gave no regard to what the hell other people thought, and had the courage to upload this under a truthful name, NOT A FAKE ONE. That is what an artist truly aspires.
Incidentally, my favorite artist is Picasso.

This is shit.
There wasn't even a fight, Just Mario screaming his head off, then choking Sonic. There was no background, It looked horrible, and what the fuck is up with Mario's head exploding.

First off, just because you don't create flash movies, doesn't mean that you can't tell when something isn't very good.
I have seen alot of movies on newgrounds, I haven't made any of my own. But I can honestly say, that you need to work on this.
They fps rate was way too low. Made the movie look choppy. Mario's voice was terribly distorted and was way beyond the proper sound levels. Whoever recorded it was in the red the whole time.
It was short, and very little happened. The vote 5 piece at the end, is something that you should never put in a flash. It is very rare that any flash gets a solid 5 or even a 4 for that matter.
The file size was ridiculous for how short it was, and I attribute that to the music file at the end.
And to finish this up...... Just because you don't create, doesn't mean you can't tell what talent and "good art" is.

Take your ass in a store and buy flash.
Then you will see what sprite animation is...
Simply take pictures OTHER people did, they are called SPRITES. You just tween them around. Flash does that for you. Then you put some fart-noises, sex scenes or violence in there and let the more popular videogamecharacter win.
