Nice start, but...
This game is a beautiful start, to say the least. There are a couple of small issues that I have with it, however.
1) It's a fairly common theme in shooters like this that, when you die, your powerups all go away. Most shooter games that have this account for it by *not* making the starting weapon completely lame after the first level. I actually died in the residual fire *after* I killed the boss, having not been hit before said, and promptly stopped playing on level 2 when I realized that I suddenly couldn't kill things fast enough to actually regain the powerups.
Maybe try to balance the enemy toughness to the weapons: for example, have a mix of enemies (starting with level 2, let's say) that take varying amounts of damage to destroy. There could still be a fair number of 1 shot enemies at that point, but then mix in some that take 2 or even 3 hits to kill with the default weapon in greater amounts as the game progresses. Or maybe just take away a level of power-up with each death. 3 lasers to 2 and missile, 2 lasers and missile to 2 lasers, 2 lasers to 1, and so on. Or give the player a health bar with more than 1 shot worth of hp in it. Any of these would work as fixes for this issue.
Dying in 1 hit and becoming rather ineffectual as a result of said is arcade-game harsh, and they're trying to steal all my quarters. :P
2) A pause-function is a must have here. The game is fast-paced and fun (until one dies), but people occasionally need to use the restroom while gaming.
Otherwise, I like it. Excellent effort.

except i couldent pause -_-' i died a bunch of times because i wanted to dring sometihng and then i couldent see and i got shot :P a pause feature would be really nice but other than that i loved it ^_^

Not too bad, but you should add either a period of invulnerability when your next ship comes back after death, and/or allow that ship to maneuver earlier. It was very annoying to die, have a ship come back and immediately fly into a bullet and die, etc. Also, dropping the powerups doesnt work well, since i kept having them fly off the screen before i could move the new ship. Otherwise, its got a LOT of potential.. one of the best sidescrollers ive seen.
Fix it.
It's beta so I won't be too harsh.
Losing all powerups at death is lame. And irritating.
Add shields. Getting hit ONCE shouldn't mean insta-death.
Reminds me of Gradius. That's good.
