I've been listening to this loop for the past 15ish minutes as I make myself some fucking twisty noodles. Weird combination of activities, I know. But I fucking love twisty noodles.
This was pure badass riffage from start to finish, excellent guitarwork. I understand your frustrations with the bass, mine is like a $30 piece of cock that I borrowed from a friend.
The lead guitar at 4:00 was really... strange. I'm sure you did this intentionally, but it's clawing at the classical musician within me who is screaming "That's not a full fucking harmony! GODDAMNIT ITS WRONG ITS ALL WRONG!!!" but I can appreciate the melodic quality in that part there, I'm guessing it's supposed to be conveying the downfall of society and our eventual decline into chaos that will ensue.
My only true gripe with the song overall would be the drums. I'm sure you get this a lot, and maybe have similar hatred for it, but It's just... GAH! It's such badass guitar riffs but the drums are so... stale, for lack of a better word. I really suggest getting Prodrummer or Addictive Drums or something. AD even has a demo you can download.
And if your PC really just CAN NOT HANDLE it, then if you wanted to, you could send a master my way and I could replace your drums with AD drums. I'm sure it would improve the quality of your song nearly tenfold. Just a suggestion and a friendly extension of my services :D

I totally agree with you about the drums and you're right, I hate them so much! I've been trying to aquire a copy of Addictive Drums for a while now. I think my computer should run it ok. I'll cross that bridge when I come to it!
I can't believe my shit luck though. For the first time in literally about 5 years I started to do well with my money and actually start saving up for a new PC, then some dick broke into my car and caused irreparable damage, so I had to buy a new bastard car instead!!
The next tune will have better drums, whether it's by taking you up on your offer (cheers for that too) or by getting AD.
