Everyone seems to know the Army of Darkness quote, but I'm pretty sure "Swallow This" is from Evil Dead 2. Still, you can't go wrong with Mr. Sam Axe himself.

the first movie tribute is to the Evil dead series in general. You're right though, "Swallow this" is his lovely one liner for that nasty basement-witch.
