Seems somewhat overrated
It was vaguley remeniscint of gridwars although with none of the flair or ingenuity or addictiveness. The whole spinning thing had little to do with the actual game it was more of a graphical gimmick, especially because you could remain in very close proximity to the objects even when they were in full spin. I did discover that the spin would eventually decay which meant that the whole spinning idea did have some basis in gameplay, but not much. It takes a long time for it to start becoming challenging it wasn't until the 20th wave (by which time I was just about to give up because it looked like the game had reached a plateau) that there was any real risk of being attacked by the enemies and once that did happen I couldn't be bothered starting all over again with only one life. The automatic aiming was extremely annoying as it would frequently aim for the same thing that was already spinning and also some sound would have been useful especially just to confirm that your weapons even worked because there was very little graphically that went into your own laser and often it was difficult to tell if I was even firing. People praised the simplicity of this game and its an element of gaming that has been long forgotten but there is such a thing as too simple and this was a pretty good showcase in that regard.
Well Made
