Great, except for 2 things...

Two things: One, the auto-retreat.
Two, the unit selection.

These two things combined sometimes make winning completely impossible. No matter how many times I tell the stronger force to engage the enemy, it doesn't listen. It picks whichever of my units is closes to the enemy, and forces it to attack. Which in some cases, means that your weak force, which just auto-retreated, is forced into battle again, against the will of the commander. And they just auto-retreat again and again, and you lose.

Wonderful, but flawed

This game is great...except. Two things. First, I think the auto retreat system, which could be a great game dynamic, needs to be rationalized a bit. The problem is that you put a unit into combat, and then it runs off...and it does it two more times and you lose. I think if you allowed a bit more margin with the retreat so that every retreat isn't a full out rout it would be better. Second, play control. The game is constantly, CONSTANTLY attacking with a different unit then I tell it to (and no, it's not because another unit is about to be engaged at close quarters). That is REALLY frustrating. Otherwise, this game is spectacular, and if those issues were addressed...top 50 material. Great job.

Zombies must die... again

try to improve on the battle, the mouse as a camera is a good concept... but i just dont like it that way, i would rather see everything thats going on, and being able to control the camera seperately than clicking things... add audio for the mission breifing... try and make it more interesting than it already is :) good luck with it

Very cool game. The gameplay was very cool, and i like how u can actually control how your men move during battle rather then just watch them fight or retreat. Did get rather hard after a few levels and i never understood the reinforcements thing, i'd buy them but they'd never come :(

a sequal would definatly be cool.

One of my favorites

I liked the general feel of the game, and thought the art direction was supurb. The only reason I didn't judge the sound is because the computer I'm on at this very moment has no speakers!
I thought the interacted well, and I was pleased when everybody did what I said as soon as I said it. My only problem was that it got really hard, quick on the 3rd or forth level- at least compared to the first couple. The only humor I found was in the lurch of the zombies, but its a zombie game so thats all I really expected.

All things said, keep up the good work!
