Nice but...
The aiming was failr poor, plus I couldn't aim at an angle.Plus I couldn't fire straight down with the mouse, I had to jump and hold down to do that. And one other thing; this is a Metal Slug tribute but where in the bloody hell is the gore man?
Other than that, pretty solid stuff. But I prefer those killer chopper games you guys make over this.
Not bad, but still has improvements to be made
I'm also a fan of the Metal Slug series like you probably are.
But there are 2 things that didn't made me play this to the end:
1 - The controls. If you're gonna use mouse for shooting, then make an aim and make the character always shoot towards the aim. Otherwise, just do like Metal Slug and put all controls on gamepad/keyboard. The controls of this game are too weird.
2 - Dying doesn't let you continue from where you died, instead, you go back to the last checkpoint. Metal Slug fans will find this very weird, like I did.
Good job anyway, I liked it.
damn keys
its a great game its just that when you change your controles
jump and trow granade keep changing back to w and spacebar...
therefor on my azerty keyboard the w is on the lower side of my keyboard
making the game near unplayable
other than that the game was awsome
i'm also happy that you even tried to make the controls changable

good graphics, but that's about it.
the graphics are the strong point of this game, i haven't noticed any choppy animations or anything i didn't like in particular. Visually, everything was smooth and pleasing.
the sound was also good and the music was nice.
the aiming and gameplay were the problem though. Aiming was very hard and it took me a while to get used to it, and even after i figured out how to aim, i couldn't do it effectively. The part after the tank with the jumping on and off unstable ground was highly frustrating.
even though it's a fairly good game, i would choose Metal Slug over it anytime.

The series has been strewn out too much as is. But this game was nicely made.
