Nice Twist!
I love your new, extended, Act 3-like remix. Out of all the Sonic 3 levels (excluding the Sonic & Knuckles levels), Launch Base was my favorite. Solarzero is right, you do have some excellent composing skills. Very nice use of the Genesis instruments. Keep up the great work, man. Highly respected. =D
Holy sh*t, this is amazing! It sounds like the original but with mixed vibes of action, jazz, and techno, all in the original soundfont! This is the ONLY Launch Base remix that has not dissapointed me, and the composition is original, adding a whole new dramatic feel to my favorite Sonic zone in history.

Finally something that isn't generic!
Seriously, I can't stress how many Launch Base Zones I've gone and looked through before I caught this one and it saddens me to see it at such a low rating. I'm not a fan of the instruments used, but the simple fact that the this melody is way more constructive than anything else I've heard in a long time completely overshadows that.
Seriously, you got some composing skills here. If you haven't picked up a download yet, do so before you forget.
Odd, but fun
At times the track becomes very busy, but for one reason or the other I'm really digging it. You played with the source very well, though your choice of instruments could benefit from a more realistic choice. If I were you I'd head over to the OCRemix WIP boards, as I hear some definite potential in this one; it just misses a little bit which I can't point out for sure. On a side note, it almost hears like a combination between the MegaDrive version and the PC version composition wise, which oddly enough works very well =)
