SouthPark on a Peyote Drug Trip in Lower Manhattan
I had a smile on my face the entire time I was watching this. Loved the shapes and styles of the characters - the overly pronounced bulbous behind of EarthQuake Girl is her most outstanding feature along with her shock of red hair and....in one scene - her mouth strangely resembles a shaved female organ. I thought this was brilliant, artistically speaking - a parody salute to the media world's obsession with oversexualizing everything (artificial implants rule the screen)...the story line moved along nicely...when she isn't delighting in the destruction of helicopters, blowing people into little bloody smithereened pieces, and licking herself between the legs like a dog - the audience gets to see a sweeter, softer, more vulnerable side of our beloved EarthQuake Girl when she is suddenly saved by a bystander with camcorder in hand. He is rewarded with a few seconds of tenderly executed french kissing by our heroine....but somehow - she does not evade the law enforcers in the end...apparently she is not as adept in the art of escape as Lara Croft or James Bond are...she gets caught...and being the violence loving, illiterate pretty girl that she is, she coyly and sheepishly says, "I are sorry!" What else can be said? Hey, I thought it sounded pretty sincere....I felt she actually meant it... Loved the ending. Very well done!
