The sound effects were a nice addition. The game works fine and for such a low filesize, this may be a good quick game if someone is bored.

I didn't like how small the flies were, you could have them slightly bigger. This game is really simple and easy too since all the flies come from the left side of the screen. You could add something more pertaining to the score like levels or something and also some more flies at one time would be better. Right now, everything moves way too slowly.
