I think that is the great thing about flash artists like you Tonio. You don't give up, you take the constructive Criticism and work on it.
It's pretty much perfect now (apart from there is no colour black in the panal).
Also, i really like your animation at the start! You can do proper animation now!

Yeah, my first version definitely left some things to be asked for. I wouldn't let the new one come out until I fixed the webcam image capture.

First of all I'd like to congradulate you on this game, I thought it was really good to be able to draw anything on my face i.e a ninja mask, my main problem with it was, the colour you can draw in, does it work better at night, because i was finding it too transparent.

Its part of the problem in how it works. I don't want to give away too much but you are actually writing underneath you picture and not directly above it. The drawing methods in flash sadly do not let you directly draw on the movieClip but on the background.

My plans are to add at least a picture gallery to version 3.0 that adds the ability to draw on the faces of well known NGers like Tom, Wade, Stamper and other big time folks so you non-webcammers can have fun too. I know it really stinks not to have a webcam. I may even allow one to use their own images too. I'd like to also add an option to send the screens to an image to be posted on the Art Forum.
Please don't forget to put this on the webcam game list and gadgets.

i thought this was a wonderful concept and that the way the screen was laid out was weak and not smooth... but i had fun outlining my face and then moving it and i looked liek a retard
