This is one of your more dreamy slow songs. And I like it. Personally I like your happy VG songs more than the dark tech. Well except for maybe Space Pirates and Dark Seaside.

It's good. It's always good. It's good so often that it's becoming somewhat generic; if you eat a rare delicacy too often it's no longer rare, is it? There's a diminishing returns factor here, and though I see you're using slight variation with the instruments, all of your latest music is sort of morphing into one entity. The 7 I give you is based on the standards of your own music, not on the rest of the portal.
Some have asked you to return to your roots, and I think that would be a nice change.

I have been a fan of yours for quite some time. I am writing this as a review not just for this song, but for you. In the past years, you have slowly drifted in your style of music, as I am sure you are quite aware of.
This song is no doubt a good and happy tune, but I miss the old Waterflame style of hard drums and bass. My all time favorite song of yours is Ricochet Love that you released in May of 2009. That I felt was the epitome of the essence you brought to the music world. Since then, your music has become more frilly and less.. meaningful. It's not that your work isn't amazing, it's that I draw from your emotion in your songs.
I only write this out of pure love for your work. Please do not take anything as hurtful, you're a sexy flamer ;)
If I could somehow pay you, the one song, or style I'd love to see done would be a remix of Ricochet Love. There's a story behind it, one I wrote about past love and pain. It's why your songs inspire me, they bring out emotion and story unlike I have felt in a long time.
I've donated not in the hopes that I'll be picked, but because I want you to succeed, and perhaps return to some of your old roots. Though being picked would be sweet. lol

well no i just take this as inspiering words! you'll be glad to know theres 3 songs with hard kicking drums in the works. but yes its also funy that you should mention emotions. ricochet love was something i made out of beeing in a frustrating relationship with alof of agruing, still we cared alot for eachother.
the song was my emotions at the time. i guess.. but lately ive just been kinda shallow, and happy. hehe. trying to avoid all the emotional stress i used to feel. i guess my inspiration usualy is love. and sometimes, the lack off. now im more like most pepole, and give it some time... i used to just jump right into it and fall in love like no tomorrow. haha. but theres clearly a connection. when i dont have a girl in my life. i have no inspiration. :S
unless i have a direct assignement, that is!
thanks alot for the donation. you know.. altho my style drift, im not really leaving my roots. you can look at it this way; im trying every style i like. and i try to make it perfect. its kinda like i move on the the next segment of my learning curve. and in the end, in god knows how many years? ill have a refined and complete style. now, im still just learning! hehe. but ill seriously take it into consideration. its great that you care so much about my tunes! enugh to actually hear what i want to display.
Theres alot in store for this summer, this song was just the opening "teaser" ;)
i just hope i get enugh time to do it all. hehe.
