Damage does more damage (duh) and Power makes the Zombies fall back more when you shoot them.

I don't like how you can't jump over enemies without getting hit.

You can Jump over enemies, it just takes a a little bit of skills.
If you hold down SPACE and jump it will be easier.

Armor games should work on an overhead zombie game, Or an online game, The workers at Armor games obviously know what there doing, So an online game would be a good challenge for you to try...
Great gameplay.
Nice sprites and smooth animation, movement.
Also nice how you combined acrade gameplay with tactics, aquiring coins and buy upgrades.
How to improve?
More enemies, bosses and ofcourse, weapons!
And maybe a story line or missions.

Great game
You stole the sprites and backrounds from metal slug! Shame on you. No but really if your going to use metal slug sprites how come you're using one of the enemies as the protaganist? I say use Marco or Tarma as selectable characters. Eri and Fio too. And maybe Uzi the laser equipped chimp! And maybe as a boss you can use Gen. Morden's zombie form or Super soldier's zombie form. Overall a great game.
