Wonderful...

The so-called "upgrade" that causes rockets to home in on the nearest target doesn't work worth shit and caused me to lose when they continued to go right past the big slugs and hit the little blue things on the other side of the screen. Thanks a lot.

the Heat Sensor causes your rocket to turn towards the nearest enemy to...the rocket rather than the base.

I will ask a few friends and if they would rather have that, then i'll change it.

a pretty fun game, though kind of easy. I was doing rather well on the hardest difficulty when some glitch happened and i got a LOT of money all I have been doing is spending, and yet I still haven't made much of a debt. I think it added 4 or 5 extra zeros to 1029 so it was something like 1000029 or something. i am unstoppable. good game!

If you right-click and then click on digits.iwarp.com, it gives you...tons of money

i actualy like the jumble of sound (atleast with the chem gun) because it sounds like (and kind of looks like) your sitting there unloading with a minnigun (which you may wanna put in hear as the highest wep. maybe the cost of 2500?), which is freakin awsome!!!
keep up the good work and i hope to see #3.

the jumble was unexpected...especially when it ran over the background music and starting killing my ears, hehe. first thing i fixed.

I was so engrossed in it that I was afraid it'd be too late for my protection point! That's a very good sign, and a breath of fresh air on the ole portal of crap.

Lotsa stuff to shoot, and it didn't dip below 19 fps until day 21 when I cranked it up to the hardest difficulty. I kinda regretted that >_< One thing that's kind of a bummer is that the fire rates all top out at about the same. Uzi and assault rifle looked identical after about 8 dexterity, and chem and flamethrower fired the same too after a couple more.

And when you use the flamethrower or chem gun at that fire rate the sound effect gets restarted so quickly that it blanks out the speakers like a constipation of audio. Might want to fix it so the sound doesn't restart every time a round goes off; maybe overlapping all the effects at a diminished volume.

I know...because it fires in the onEnterFrame function, the fastest you can fire is once in each frame, or 22 times a second.

I'll probably continue to crank up the frame rate or find another way around that.

I like this a lot. I feel like I'll regret saying this, but is the rocket launcher supposed to be only 500 dollars?

yupp, i expected people to need it at around level 5. It's balanced by the slow firing rate which i kept bumping up because people kept complaining...
