Here i will make a recomendation of how tt5 could possibly be:
continuing were tt4 ended our hero is considered a "silenced target" for the system corps members and is headed to the laboratories to be studied (butchered). lying on the strecher at the examination room a nurse wipes clean his face off the blood, preparing for the doctors to examine him, gets incredibly shocked. the young man has a mark of her fiance that is considered to be dead due to an extraordinary disease that was diagnosed before their marriage which needed a surgery that took place in the system corps clinics . she finds the way to change the body with another while its face is unidentifiable. "john what have they done to you". the real shock came when she realised he still has pulse. she finds a way to get him to her house and takes care of him. she takes care of the heavy wounds as a nurse initially and then his inhuman regenerating abilities help him heal physically. when he regains concioussness he has amnesia, he doesnt remember anything and his killer instict lies in a dorm stage in his subconciouss. he has a peacefull life and finds meaning of love and is like a dream for both of them especially for her who cannot believe what is happening. she never thinks of telling him about the past only for the part before his illness. but despite all that hapiness he has nightmares, shadows of the past that haunt him and he cannot explain at all. one night when some thieves broke in the houseaccidentaly shoot his wife, he gets to save her but he's to late and becomes too brutal with them and she is shocked because her johny would not touch a fly she says while dying. he finds they are not common thieves but system corps employees that came to search for info because one day the couple were going to catch a flight in the airport and in 2015 all people worldwide are in computer databases and when his eye was scanned no infos where available. then a path of revenge begins (with help of her brother chris- 2 players available) leading closer and closer to system corps and the lost memories as he prepares for the final countdown with the evil mastermind of system corps.

. another senario i'm thinking comes to the point that 154 is (or was before eexperimentation) the "mastermind's" son :o but i'm still working on it.
or even another where 154 is a clone made out of the mastermind's genes...
