Graet and all but what are the third and last medals. Ya know the medal between 'brutal' and 'overkill' and the medal at the far right what are they/how do I get them.

some of you are having trouble with the ninja so here is some help. First get the pot. Go kill yourself if you dont have 5 health. Fight the ninja next. Hold down tab and it helps you alot. If you get to your last bar of health look at the cinema mode bar and click the far right of it. If done right, you shall smoke the weed and regain all health to aid you in the rest of the battle. Hope this helped.
