Simply perfect!!!

This is a true masterpiece. I love the original as it's one of the best computer tunes ever. Your remake is absolutely excellent, and a more than worthy tribute to Captain's anthem. Wow!!!
Can you post some details of the HW/SW setup you've been using for this remake?
I'm just curious as I wanted to do a remake as well, but after listening to your version there's no need for that anymore ;-)
Any ambitions in doing a remake of the C64 "Commando" music? Would be fantastic! ;-)

I used Nexus, Sample Tank, Vanguard, and Sony Acid 7.0. My PC is a 2.6GHz i7 with 6GB RAM running Windows 7. Nothing too spectacular but it works wonders. :) Send me the Commando music and I will see what I can throw together.

Well there was a little snare glitch at 1:05. Something went quirky with the way the effects knob was set causing it to sound "louder" than normal. :( I uploaded the "mastered" version on my reverbnation page if you're interested. Thanks for the compliment!
