Keep working on it.
First, work on your sound. . . the voices are annoying. Use a good (free) audio-mixer to get rid of background sound and overblast. Second, work on the graphics. . . they don't have to be GREAT cartoons, but there are sooo many styles that you could do that would look better. . . The shadows were waay cool.
Good story, good basic Flash work. . . just hang in there and improve.
Yeah i know i explained the sound was bad already. Plus my mouse was broken when i drew that stuff, it kept getting stuck when i move it, but i got a new mouse now so my drawings should be better.

This flash was pretty average, but I laughed when they said Michigan Avenue, since I live ON Michigan Avenue at Michigan State University.

On a slow machine this SWF drags on and on.
The graphics are simplistic. The content has potential.
I'm not a Flash illustrator but, I have seen way more complicated
animations move much quicker. I don't review very many
animations. I think you have what it takes to improve this
flash. I would suggest you looking at The Ultimate Showdown,
The Maxwell Edison story, or any of the Xombie episodes.
Don't give up. This is a good start.
Thats not my fault, ur complaining cause u have a slow computer. And you sure aren't a flash illustrator, so be quite.

It's an OK flash... but you're having problem with sounds... Not just because of your crappie recorder!
I can't tell the difference between your policemens with voice only.
Try to imply someone else in voice acting if possible or do something else...
Also, it's good that you begin with some background sound but all the flash should have some. It was strange that at somepoint the background ambient sound cuts for nothing at all... Also, the background loop at the beginning seems syncuped you should do something about it too!
Also, the character are very statics... they seems like if they all suffer from some paralysis. I think you could remove a little bit of staticness by making the eyelids move (maybe by adding some eyelids to begin with would add some realism to your characters).
Also, maybe if you would make something with their arm that would be good. It's very strange... (BTW did you ever see a newsreader with his arm under the table?).
