Your sound effects are really crappy(the car sounds like an airplan) and you should have take time to actually record the voice and not take them from a french movie or at least you shouldn't have use each clip more than once.
I admire you for the graphics, I can imagine how many time you spend on it (if it's you who made them ;) )
The overall quality is low(I'm not talking about the compression) because your storyline is obscure and the style make it wors.
