I actually really like your style and am getting jealous. My tips on vox are to zooooooom in really really close and make sure there is no snap function on and just line it up with the downbeat. In fact thats pretty much how most people do it as long as theres no time stretching needed. NFX has a really really good tutorial on youtube for syncing vox.

and yes ive done that, but for some reason some parts of the vocals sound off!
ive sliced the audio clip and everything, but some of it stil sounds off.
