Pretty nice mix of 2 games, but maby you should make the paddles move a little bit faster.

Needs a few tweaks...
But otherwise it's good. Maybe make Ghosts kill you? Needs Bonus things or power-ups too. Like Faster Pac-Ball, or 2Pac-Balls at a time.

Yeah this was actually pretty enjoyable. One big plus is the fact that the levels are timed; not only does this keep the levels fresh (not having to sit there trying to bag that last brick as in most block breaker games) but it also encourages high-scoring from the player.
One suggestion though, just crank the speed up a little bit; both for pac-man and the paddles, or heck introduce different levels of difficulty. Do that and I think you'll have a winner. :D

This was a greatly made game. But there is one thing I wish for. if it was a little bit faster. It got a bit tedious waiting on Pac-Man. but otherwise nice game.

You've achieved your aim very well and the two games do infact mix quite well. I'm very suprised but the gameplay is rather addictive so you are definatly on to something here.
Currently there is no reason to go away from the center other than to increase your score. I think you should force people to collect the blobs and place them further away from the center as you progress.
