This is what I like to see.
I'm going to keep this review relatively short: THIS IS WHAT I WANT TO SEE, WITH SLIGHT IMPROVEMENT.
Alright, so this did have a plot, it was short and to the point what with the unexpected ass-kicking, and had a good, sort of mysterious (female) protagonist. The art was great, not spectacular, but really good. The animation could have been improved to match the voices better too, but it's not a gaping flaw.
As for the sound, the voices were good but shabbily synced, and the music was catchy. I liked the effects and such as well.
Since it's a preview and a "short" I can't say much more other than this: I enjoyed the action although it became reaaallly a bit too gory, and the transition from possibly emotional to purely action. Decent art, animation, and sound. You could also detect a fluid style throughout.
Improve a bit on the overall product, and this will be a 10/10 and 5/5. Good job. :D
