I know it was your first flash...

...so I'm willing to forgive things like the gigantic file size and even the poor voice acting and sound quality, but the flash seems to have a lack of animation. Even simple animation like walking and mouth movement is often missing. I can understand how walking animation is hard, but even people with no experience could draw an opening and closing circle on a person and call it a mouth. The lack of such is just laziness.

I'm sorry to tell you this, but the speed was horrible. This isn't a problem of there having to be a lot of explanation and dialouge cause that's fine. It's just that the animation in a scene took forever. The opening of the movie took too long (longer than the original), and the whole battle sequence took much longer than was necessary.

On the other hand, the art was great. I don't know if this whole business of you stealing it is true or not (although it would explain the lack of walking animation, just sayin...), but it's still good either way.

Where to start...

First off, I read a lot of the reviews that people posted. I read all the reviews that you replied to. What I noticed is that you are taking everyone's criticism very personal, and in turn you're making yourself look ignorant and like a jerk.

The story wasn't even close to the official storyline. So many problems in so many places. I'm sure you could have gone to a dozen Mega Man X fan sites and got a good general summarization of the beginning of the X series.

I don't know anything about Flash. So it really isn't my place to judge you on your animation. But since I have been coming to Newgrounds for five or six years now, I feel like I can say that you need to work even harder. Two years and this is the product? I'm not being sarcastic when I say this, but what took so long?

The voices, as everyone else pointed out, was probably THE worst thing about this movie. Personally, I believe Sigma sounded ridiculous. I'm not saying the V.O. was shotty, but its SIGMA. And he didn't sound threatening at all.

In turn: I can see a bit of potiental, just keep working on your craft.

Congratulations

Daily fifth place for a first run cartoon. When you have worked hard, it shows. Very good drawings in there, and good art, lacked depth but overall was all right. The sound was a problem, there wasn't enough variety in the voices, so at times I couldn't really get the voices. Lip-syncing with shape tween bugged me the most, try using different movie clips, or fbf next time. You show potential, I look forward to seeing your next projects.

good first run

I understand you are new at flash but honestly if you are gonna make a movie that has a good story line I would ask that you actually try to make the voices different for each character. They all just sounded as if you were reading the line as you went along and gave it to us on a first try. Also the video of X destroying the robots was not impressive so you don't need to reshow it when sigma was reviewing the tape. We saw it we can just say that he was reviewing a tape that spybot picked up. I think you should go back an redo this because have a good story, but there can be so much more here. Have Cain find the X site, and for god's sake man when he opens the capsule give him some better music, something more dramatic. I was rather disappointed with just hi eyes opening. Thanks and hope to see improvement, because you have the potential of doing good things

In short, it was tedious!

I'm a fan of the blue bomber and his adventures but even I didn't enjoy it. The artwork in that movie wasn't origional at all, all of it was traced and I frown to that. the movie was also slow paced where the movie got bloody boring and the lip syncing was terrible. My other rant is that X was NOT the first Reploid to be created, it was Sigma! Also the voice acting was terrible as well.

Sorry if what I said pisses you off but I'm being honest, do better next time.

Your obviously not a big fan since you seem to know so little about the storyline . All reploids INCLUDING sigma were based of X's design.
