Nice and peaceful

One of my favorite submissions to this audio portal is one featuring the eye of a hurricane. This works similar in a very effective way, because it has some of the most authentic sounding rain effects out there. It really suits it that you worked on this at 2:30 am as it gives the listener a feeling of night. I was extremely impressed at how wonderful everything sounded to its real feeling. The different kind of instruments were very nicely done as well. I am glad that you have shown true beauty through your work.

Good score material

Its amazing how some facets of minimalism are still ringing true today. The running motives still maintain the tonal center, and your attention to the mix blends very nicely. The only thing I would say to look for while pursuing this avenue would be to maybe try and transfer the melodic motive you set up in the string section to different instruments between the strings. That will not only lengthen the piece as a whole, but add some nice color variation in your sound.

Perhaps even small variation in the performance of your melody would also be a big benefit to you. Nothing would satisfy more than the set up you put in place, and then wander off a little by changing the rhythms slightly, only to return to the ending. Nothing too drastic in approach, just enhancing what you already have.

I want to give it a 9.5

Excellent!!!!! Again, not exactly classical, but I will let that slide

Only problem? I feel the intro drags on a bit TOO much, but the middle point is quite good. Also, the volume is fine for the bass drums in the beginning, you don't want them to be over-powering and drown out the other parts of the music.

This is a great piece, keep this up, you have talen!

hmm

pretty cool, but not exactly classical music. i mean, you have the string section, but you also have electronic beats, synths, and that atmospheric noise stuff. no big deal, but this is probably more of a "miscellaneous" song for future reference. also, the big bass notes in the first minutes needed to be more pronounced. good job all around.

Me likey!

Awesome work. I really love the overall theme. Keep it up. :D
