Alright, a couple of tips:
Sound could have been a bit better
Make your sticks a little smaller; it makes them look more professional ;D
Tad bit too short.
Things to add: Preloader, Start button, Credits/Replay screen, etc. (You've got the movie, now add more stuff to it.)

yer, that was good, well done, and 4 a first, that was great. 1 question though, how do u make the sticks that large?
i set the line tool (and turned them into symbols) to a size of about 10 so its really easy to just move the symbols from the library.
Tips
1. Put in a plot
2. Make for better sounds
3. Throw some good music
The simple backgrounds just added to it, do all of this and you might have front page material.
