This reminds me of...
A short you would see in between Ren and Stimpy. Not the theme of the toon itself, but the sounds and voices remind me of them good ol' days when Nickolodeon was gross and Spongebob was just a twinkle in the eye of the crazy man who created him.

This is not about the character only, this is about explaining how the "american way of life" works in a satire that allows us to understand what is wrong about the process and what is not. And if you judge the artwork then have in mind the quality of the animation, story line, sound and of course length.
I respect your opinion, yet mine is that this deserves 10/10 and 5/5.
