Fantastic! I didn't even know most of these characters but I loved it anyways! Here's what squares I could figure out:
Kirby, Issac, BladeWolf, Abobo, the evil company from G.I. Joe, a Megaman, Judge Dredd, that creature from that one Newgrounds game I didn't enjoy, Kratos, black & white Pac-Man, Mega-abobo, Blanka, what looks like Captain Falcon, creature from the black lagoon, Spider-Man symbol, X, Clone Trooper, Father, Bomb, Skull, Human, Blue & red Rubix cube, The Slender Man, We are annonymous, Deadpool, Xenomorph (I think), the RPG Megaman, Abobo's face, Mulder, Issac's crippled face, CTHULHU!, The Mona Lisa, Wreck-It Ralph, The Real Megaman, Pissed off Abobo, The illumanati?, Ryu, Zombie, Abobo, (Again? You really like Abobo, don't you?) That octopuss company from MGS4, a beating heart, King Fulp, Issac, Newgrounds, The Terminator, Skully, Crazy Abobo, a Megaman, Pico, Snake Plisskin, and GAME OVER!

Impressive! You really made a good job trying to figure out all of them, though some of them I did create when I was playing Cathode Raybots, so those don't exist at all. About the references you pointed out, part of them are not correct (part of them I don't even know!), but I'm too lazy right now to name all this stuff, just saying that I've used many references from "Abobo's Big Adventure" and "The Binding of Isaac", I love these games.
