Reviews for "Lost Rhapsody"

Ha Ha! It did work!

I didn't think it would make sense when I heard what the song was, but it did. That was pretty cool. If someone was seriously hoping it would catch them up though, they are going to be sad.

This is worth an 8, but I gave you a 6 because you're not the real Bob :(

CapnBob responds:

Not the real Bob? Who am I supposed to be? Bob Dylan? Bob Dobbs? Bob Roberts? I must congratulate you on giving the most confusing complaint I have heard thus far!

Funny!

Loved it, good job putting in most of the important parts of the show! Liked the fact that it was just pictures from Lost and loved the Bohemian Rhapsody in it, funny.

Good Job.

It's good but weird

I can't give a great score on this because... well it was funny and all but maybe a bit too much.

Something like that needed actual pictures from LOST but if you make more parodies of it, try using hand-drawn. I'm sure it would be better.

The Sahid Catapult was quite funnny. You made a good singing synopsis of LOST.

Overall good.

CapnBob responds:

I used photos because it's easier to identify the scenes they represent, though in retrospect drawing them by hand might have actually been faster.

4 + 8 + 15 + 16 + 23 + 42 = 108

Maybe it's just that this played off of my love of the series, but this flash was AMAZING. Thanks for bringing this to Newgrounds, and I can't wait to see how you improve in later submissions. The Sayid trebuchet plan was a brilliant touch, by the way. Keep up the excellent work!

CapnBob responds:

Actually, I really tried hard for simple, quick animation in this. Unfortunately, that was back at the beginning of March. 7 and a half months later, here we are. I think I'm going to stick with complex hand-drawn animation next time, it's much easier.
