You slowed down my 2ghz computer to an halt.
You lyp synching was horrible, and you need to tune your mic. Also there obviously wasnt a whole lot of animation, and it was too long. My advice is to split your sound files in thirds.

i actually think the sync was perfectly fine, being MY FIRST TIME DOING IT! dude, read the description before watching something. and learn to spell lip. otherwise its hard to take you seriously.
i only give it this cause of the lip syncing
anyway where did you learn to sync like that? and a word of advice, to record great quality on mic, go to proerties on sound recorder, make it the best quality (CD or better) and adjust mic volume lower and if the mic is on a stand, keep it a fair distance away. i just couldnt understand the words thats all

i tried the traditional methods of syncing, none really worked well for me. i just basically look at my mouth movements in a mirror and exxagerate them to make a more cartoony look. yeah, the audio is bad... i might need to add subtitles. thx for the comment.
