Preety Bad
The movie itself was preety awful although you did atleast put some effort into it and it was mildly entertaining so I commend you for that. The coolest part however was the preloader. That thing rocked.

Seriously, though, all three were, in the end, the same movie. If others followed this logic, we would see, for example:
There she is!!!
There she is!!! (Pink Bunny)
There she is!!! (With catfood rather than fish in intro)
There she is!!! (No Preloader)
There she is!!! (With Large Newgrounds Logo)
And so on, and the front page would be filled with There She is.
My point is - if you wanted to add a preloader (or other features) to a flash, do it the first time rather than submitting it three times.
I gave you a 3 on the first one, but this one gets a 0 for being a repeat.
I guess you learn something new every day.
For example, bananas like to butt rape peaches. Also, pears have sex with strangers. I'm not gonna lie, I did not like the premise your movie was based on. In the end, it sucked. Blam.
