I always like this kind of story. Stupid stuff that changes the world with known personnalities. But it lack originality. Anyway, you have talent in scenario. Keep working this way.
For the graphics and the animation, this was poor. Try to draw more frames instead of making just motion tweening. And practice your drawing. Your proportions are not well respected from scene to scene and from caracter to caracter. You tend to put the arms of your caracter too short. And when you make caracter walks, usualy, all the body moves, you know, the head goes up and down...
Finaly, for the sound, just put some fade. Like fade in and fade out. If you dont usualy it sounds bad. Not all the time, but especially for the fade out, its really important to put.
Good job, keep working and improve yourself.

I assume the Tom you're thanking is Fulp, not Cruise... something (like, oh, possibly YAAFM 11) tells me he's not the sort of guy to like things that poke fun at himself or his wacko space alien cult.
Anyhow.
Graphics are nice, music choices seem appropriate, voice work is clear and well done (a little on the deadpan side, but I think that's intentional and it works with the style of the rest of the humor). Nothing really wrong there.
But it's the humor that really makes the piece. I particularly love the throwaway lines... "That's convenient."

Personally I dont like Tom Cruise...
Cause he likes to dress up like a girl, propably hes gay. Before I knew this i thought hes cool. But anyway about Flash, Its looking nice, Bubba Sparxxx in it, thats rare stuff and good choise even I dont like the guy. And Im not professional at flash making yet, but gotta say that gif pics using in Flashes isnt good idea in my opinion.
